I am currently an Associate Research Professor at Texas A&M University.
I mentor and teach students and lead an externally-funded research program.
I graduated with a bachelors in Physics and Astronomy from Brigham Young University in 2004
and a PhD in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Penn State in 2009.
My research is on the ultraviolet properties of supernovae in nearby galaxies.
